KDZ-300 High Speed Box Packing Machine

1.The box packing machine equipment is balcony type structure, modular design,
the operating platform should be simple and compact.
Packing process:
Servo feeding system--- Paper box feeding system---Manual paper folding system
---Carton forming--- Waste removed
2.Machine is connected to realize the functions of product confluence and feed, manual folding,
manual and product into the box, carton batch number embossing, unqualified product detection and elimination.
3.The stable running speed of the box packing machine must match the stable production speed of the whole line.
The maximum stable operating speed of the box packing machine is 300 boxes/min.
4.Adapt to the product feed and box.
The supplier shall design a reasonable carton and specification size according to the product size.
