Production Description:

The suction mechanism of the high-speed cartoning machine mainly adopts the negative pressure suction cup method. The shape and size of the suction cup are designed and processed according to the requirements. When the box reaches the positioning position of the cartoning machine, the suction cup starts to work, precisely controlling the adsorption force to prevent the box from deforming or directly adhering to the suction cup, which could affect the cartoning effect. After the suction cup tightly adheres the box, it moves along the worktable of the cartoning machine to perform operations such as positioning, organizing, and folding of the box, and finally completes the cartoning of the box. The suction box mechanism is generally composed of suction cups, suction cup seats, connecting pipes and fans. It needs to be coordinated with the electrical control system and mechanical transmission system of the entire machine to achieve fully automated operation. The process flow of opening a paper box with a high-speed cartoning machine is as follows: the flat paper box is sucked out from the paper box frame, the paper box is slightly opened, the paper box is sent to the conveyor belt, and the paper box is fully opened.

2. Machine is connected to realize the functions of product confluence and feed, automatic folding, pushing product into the box and closing, carton batch number embossing, unqualified product detection and elimination.

3. The stable running speed of the box packing machine must match the stable production speed of the whole line. The maximum stable operating speed of the box packing machine is 260-280 boxes/min.

4. Adapt to the product feed and box. The supplier shall design a reasonable carton and specification size according to the product size.

5. Equipped with the corresponding specifications, the box loading machine (including feeding mechanism) can be adapted to feed and box all specifications of products produced online.

6. Stable and reliable connection with front-end equipment, to achieve mechanical and control online. Configure the product dump function and ensure that the dump product is not damaged.

With the above functions, the overflow unit is added on the conveyor line, which uses the rotary dial plate to realize the shunt discharge.
